As most of you have no doubt heard, while shopping for a tent for the Thomson reunion, Nate found a
Wii. We'd been thinking pretty seriously about getting one, but of course could never find one in any store. So we came home with a
Wii. Nate and I have had some fun playing after the girls have been in bed, but the girls have been playing with friends all day every day. They really haven't had a chance to play until recently.
We only have two games, but as you can see that didn't matter. They both really liked bowling. My camera died after I got these three pictures, or else I could have shown Allie smacking Nate in the nose with the remote while getting a strike. I might have shown Nate smacking himself in the knee while serving the ball in tennis, or me getting a little close to Nate's arm with the bat during a friendly game of baseball. Nobody means to hit him. Nobody wants to see him hurt. In fact, that may just be the problem, nobody sees him-including himself.
