Bowling at Fat Cats
Amy and Tyler were in town for work and Mom and Dad were visiting us. We met up to play on Saturday February 18th. The girls had free games at Fat Cats for reading at school. It was lots of fun to hang out with family. It is always great to get to relax and play with family.

Happy Valentine's Day
I wanted to have a special Valentine's Day not just for Nate and I but for the whole family. I planned a special dinner and bought everybody a special treat. Unfortunately being the wonderful daughter I am, I totally forgot to give my Mom her gift until the next day, and I never took any pictures.
Caitlyn didn't need anything special except her sister's Valentine boxes. She was really wishing we'd let her get them.
A very happy Allison.
Allie had dance from 6:15-7:15 which meant we had to take her and then go pick her up while trying to prepare a special dinner. I am really glad Mom was there and that Nate got home a little earlier than planned. Dinner ended up taking more time than I had allowed between driving, feeding the baby, rocking the baby, etc. It was a new recipe, but the chicken cordon bleu was delicious. Trying to keep it in the Valentine spirit. I went a little crazy and colored the mustard sauce and even the mashed potatoes pink. We also had pink heart jello and pink lemonade. It was fun, but I don't think we'll be dyeing our potatoes again. It was too weird.
Dinner wouldn't have been quite so busy if we weren't also trying to make dessert. Of course we had to do gluten and gluten free. It made it hectic, but our individual molten cakes were yummy. They were a big hit all around.

Kayla's Valentine's Party
I also got to help with Makayla's school party. Again Grandma watched the two younger girls. Thank you very much! Kayla's class played pop the balloon (running around with balloons tied on their ankles trying to protect theirs and pop others), made Valentine fortune tellers, decorated cookies, and read all their Valentine's.
Allie's Valentine's Party
I got to go help at Allie's school party. Since Mom was visiting, Caitlyn got to stay home and nap, which made it a little easier for me to actually help. Allie of course loves any party. She had such a good time playing BINGO, making Valentine butterfly, making her teacher a Valentine, passing out her Valentine's, eating a root beer float, and playing games. It was a fun time for all.
