Amy and Mom came to visit for the weekend, and of course Harrison got to come too. The girls were so happy to have visitors. It's been a while since anyone has been to our house. Allie kept asking if Papa was going to come too. I think she was hoping we'd change our answer if she asked enough.
The girls had a great time playing with Grandma and Amy. They also love Harrison. Allie holds his toys high above her head, "Ready. Set. Go!" He takes off and drops the toy for her to go again. Kayla is so good about petting him, feeding him, playing with him, and taking him outside to use the facilities. She just loves taking care of that dog. Harrison has also quickly learned to hoover near Allie during meal and snack times. He can usually snag quite a bit of falling crumbs-I enjoyed not having to sweep non-stop.
Grandma and Amy hadn't even driving completely away from the house before a sad Allie turned and said, "I miss Grandma and Amy." Kayla has been moping ever since wondering when you'll be back.
