Bedtime Dilemma

So we've been having a hard time-to say the least-getting the girls to go to sleep at night. Kayla would fall asleep pretty quickly, but Allie tends to jump on her and start the mischief. We put the girls to bed about 9pm the other night, and they finally fell asleep sometime around 11:30pm. When I went to check on them, this is what I found in the room we had cleaned right before bed. (Nate put the mattress on the floor, but the rest is the girls.)

All the blankets and stuff on the floor are out of the laundry hamper because why wouldn't you want to throw the dirty sheets and clothes all over the room.
I love the fact that Allie has completely taken over Kayla's bed. Last night I found Allie cuddled up with Kayla again.
The hook that is supposed to hold the rod on the wall is completely gone. The fish line butterflies are all that's holding this rod from hitting the girls. I couldn't get it down myself and unfortunately had to wake Nate so the thing didn't break and hurt someone in the night.
After placing Allie in her bed I got Kayla up to use the potty, I helped her get panties pulled down then I went to their bedroom to clear a path. I heard peeing and went back to check on her. Kayla was sitting on the edge of the tub-she'd just peed in the tub. I started cracking up while Nate growled in disgust. Apparently he wasn't nearly amused having just been woken up to help deal with the mess.
I don't know what we're going to do to keep these girls in their beds at night. Apparently though our neighbors girls started this staying up til midnight thing the same week ours did. There must be something in the water...
