After we were done at the zoo, we had a nice picnic lunch on the grass. It was such beautiful weather we even left looking a little red. I guess it's time to move the sunscreen back to the diaper bag. Then we stopped by tastee treat for some ice cream cones minus the cones. What a fun afternoon.

Makayla was so happy to get to go to preschool with Miss Kathy and all her Pocatello friends. She really enjoyed the week, but going to the zoo on Friday was the most fun. Grandma, Allie, Tyler, a very pregnant Angie, and I all decided to come along.
It's been quite a while since Allie's ridden in a stroller. She wasn't too happy at first, but once we got going she did great. Thanks for the loaner Angela.
The swan was our first stop. Kayla just kept remembering the swan princess.
Up the hill we go.
Kayla had fun walking with Miss Kathy and the other preschoolers while we tried to stay back out of the way.
This little girl is Faith. Her Grandma lives a few houses away from our old house on Linda. The girls are best friends whenever Kayla comes to visit. It's too bad they don't live closer together.
Tyler enjoyed looking at all the animals, but the bear was definitely his favorite. He does a good growl.
Wow! A real bear! Allie couldn't believe it.
This is the best picture I got. The bear was definitely the favorite.
We managed to get Kayla to stay with the little kids inside the teepee long enough for a quick picture.
Hello world!
We found a little bunny just playing in the shade of this cart. Allie did really good keeping quiet and even got the bunny to eat some grass from her.
Kayla wanted to see the bunny too. She grabbed some grass and almost stayed there long enough to catch a glimpse.
The girls thought the goats at the petting zoo were pretty cool.
