Allie's New Closet

My parents were at Lowe's and saw the Closet Maid systems marked waaaay down. They bought some for their bedroom, and I got in on the deal too. We brought them home with us after Easter, and we finally had time to get them installed in the girls' rooms.
We gave Allie shoe racks mounted on the side wall. She loves using them (hopefully that will continue).
The left side of her closet has almost three feet of space after the edge of the door. It isn't very usable, so we decided to continue to use it for off season coats and jackets, princess dresses, etc.
Now instead of storing off season clothes in the basement, they fit in the very top of the closet, while still allowing plenty of space for toy storage. All the containers are labeled and the rule "only one container down at a time" will continue to be enforced.
Allie's closet also had a strange angel at the back that made it hard for adding shelves. Nate used his engineering skills to make it work. Pretty impressive considering I thought we'd just have a hole back there where we'd constantly be loosing things off the shelves.
Also we took my old shelf out of Kayla's closet and hung it on the wall in Allie's room (it really doesn't work anywhere in Kayla's). Allie was VERY happy with all the changes.
