Hollywood Connection

Last year for his birthday we gave Nate a gift certificate (that I got at a killer deal) to Hollywood Connection. All we knew was it was a play place. Since the certificate expires at the end of August we thought we'd better use it. So on August 13th we went.

It was a pretty cheesy, dirty place, but the kids had fun so I guess that's what matters. I'm just glad we didn't have to pay full price or we would not have been happy.

The first stop was the dragon roller coaster.

Next they road the magic pink bus up into the air where everybody got a little sick.

In case they weren't feeling sick enough, the next ride was the hot air balloons. Think of the tea cups at Disneyland but in the air.

The play area (similar to the one at Carl's Jr.) was actually the girls favorite place, and they really weren't suppose to be in there because they were too big.

Next they all played miniature golf. I had planned to join them for this, but it was so expensive that I just fed Caitlyn on a bench nearby.

This was the girls' favorite ride. It was the ride they went on multiple times.

After lots of convincing I finally got the girls to try bumper cars with Daddy. Once they did it, they loved this ride too.

Kayla decided to take a break and just hold her baby sister for a while.

She really wanted to make sure we got a picture of the butterfly on Caitlyn's bum cuz it was sooo cute!
