Yesterday Nate and I worked on cleaning and organizing the basement. Between helpful kids and just being busy, things had kind of, no completely gotten out of hand. When we sat down for lunch, Nate was complaining I was wearing him out. He was ready for a nap not going back down for more work.
Kayla looked and me and said, "Mom, Daddy's are for working 'til their all worn out."
Oh yeah, "Yeah!" giggling at Daddy's look.
Well then, what are kids for, "Making messes, playing, and just having fun."
Too true!

I worked Phill until seriously midnight last night down in the basement. He probably wasn't very happy about it, but we both slept great lastnight from being so worn out!
It is true-You do have a daddy that works HARD - make sure you give him lots of hugs as payment. ;)
